AI Toolchain and Automation for UX

Even if a certain level of competence in using ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or other GenAI tools seems to have developed by now: in the end, a single model never solves the underlying problem on its own. As always, it depends on the combination of the right tools at the right time; otherwise, only fragmented results are produced that do not contribute to a common goal. The training teaches how to link complex AI toolchains along the UX process using a low-code environment for various problem statements, enabling them to solve complex problems automatically, reproducibly, and in a way that is accessible to other colleagues or further toolchains.

Who is this training for?

Interested individuals who wish to acquire further competencies in this topic. Good prior knowledge of UX and advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering and low-code are required.

Why this training

If every UX professional solves their own problems with their own prompts or tools, no synergy effects are created, and the result remains fragmented. This format demonstrates how to achieve as many synergy effects as possible in the application of modern AI tools, so that tedious or error-prone UX tasks can be automated at the root through testable, reproducible toolchains accessible to a wider circle of colleagues.

Contents

  • Introduction to the AI tool landscape and current models (Copilot, GPT5+, Ollama, Claude, DeepSeek, FLUX, etc.)
  • Identification of UX activities that can be effectively automated via AI toolchains (e.g., generating interview guides, transcribing user research videos, checking Figma style guides, automating user story writing, etc.)
  • Introduction to the low-code workflow automation tool n8n and learning the most important AI nodes
  • Jointly building individual AI toolchains with a high level of practical relevance
  • Inspiration and impulse for experimenting with and applying what has been learned in daily work

Methodology

  • Alternating between theoretical, demonstration, and practical parts
  • Practical parts alternate between individual and group tasks
  • Online workshop in FigJam
  • Use of the training tools mentioned in the prerequisites for the direct application of knowledge during and beyond the training
