The next session in the series is titled “UX in Industry” and takes place on February 28. The webinar presents ways in which Industry 4.0 can make a revolutionary leap forward not only in terms of connectivity, but also in terms of user experience. To establish the necessary foundations, Thomas Immich covers defining user requirements and analyzing usage data. He also addresses how agile process frameworks such as Scrum can be combined with human-centered approaches, and emphasizes the growing need for small and medium-sized companies to maintain their own UX design system.
