Our long-time customer the Tecan Group AG had the problem that their interfaces presented too much redundant information in different ways. There was no coherence, too many different user interfaces and it was unintuitive and overwhelming to use. With Next-Gen Introspect, we created a completely new interface for laboratory staff.

The Introspect Score
The Introspect Score provides at-a-glance information on key KPIs and calculates a percentage based on their performance to show how well they are currently optimised.
Actionable Insights
A highly developed algorithm continuously analyzes extensive data sets in the background in order to develop a deeper understanding of the underlying data. This analysis process enables the algorithm to make well-founded optimization recommendations in natural language and derive recommendations for action.
Staying on top of things around the globe
As a fleet manager, it is vital to have an overview of all production sites at all times. With a clear map, each location and its data can be accessed directly from the dashboard.
