Cyber security as a serious game: learning that inspires

Instead of boring PDFs, we developed a gripping serious game as part of our cyber security training, in which employees could experience the dangers of cyber attacks for themselves. Innovative game ideas, company-wide leaderboards, and other elements captured their intrinsic motivation and encouraged them to willingly practice the correct courses of action.

How players rate the Cyber Security Game

The positive feedback from our international participants underscores the success of the concept. James Bloggs describes the training as an “enjoyable learning experience,” summing up what many feel: cyber security can be not only educational, but also truly motivating.

Marie Müller emphasizes: “I really liked it; this method should be used more often.” Tomáš Martiník also wants “určitě více interaktivních školení do budoucna :-)” – in other words, even more interactive training courses in the future.

Elena Escu highlights that the serious game is not only entertaining, but also technically convincing.
