On October 16 and 17, UX experts gathered for the seventh time at the World Usability Congress in Graz. At the two-day international conference, speakers from different industries discussed practical challenges in the field of UX and worked together with participants in multidisciplinary workshops.
In recent years, Centigrade has increasingly expanded its strategic consulting practice and supports various customers in integrating UX strategy into their work processes. Clemens Lutsch, Head of UX Strategy at Centigrade, shared the knowledge and experience gained from this in his talk “User Requirements – Prioritization and Weighting as a core strategy in UX” at the conference. He explained how user needs can be strategically integrated into a holistic system while taking product and organizational requirements into account.
In addition, Clemens showed participants in a workshop how to connect business and UX by means of the UX Strategy Canvas approach.
